You already have the tools. What you are missing is the connections between them. An enquiry lands in your inbox, and someone re-types it into the CRM, then into an invoice, then into a calendar. Every re-type is a chance for a mistake and an hour spent.
Workflow automation is the wiring between those tools. When something arrives, the software moves it, fills it in and routes it, on rules you can see. AI drafts the reply, the intake or the document. A person approves. The result lands in one place you already check.

What it is not
