Built for my own business
Everything here is live, running in my own accounts, built as deterministic flows in AgentCode connected to my personal app. I demo it on calls. If it did not save me money and time, I would not be running it.
The use cases
Each one replaces a SaaS subscription or a weekly pile of manual work. The goal is fewer tools and one simple loop.
Social posting agent
Takes a short brief, drafts posts, gets my approval and schedules them across the channels I use. I approve everything before it goes out.
Scheduling runs on Adobe Express, which is free. The saving is the hours spent writing posts
Document creation agent
Turns my notes into proposals, invoices, agreements and letters from my own templates. Drafted in minutes, checked by me, sent from my own accounts.
Replaces: document tools, template services and billable hours on admin
Inbox and follow-up
Every enquiry is flagged the moment it lands, a reply is drafted with the context I need, and follow-ups are scheduled so nothing depends on memory.
Replaces: follow-up software and the leads that used to go quiet
One pipeline view
Contacts, notes and deals live in one place I actually check. Reporting shows where enquiries come from and where they stall.
Replaces: the spreadsheet plus half a dozen tools that did not talk
What you stop paying for
Big SaaS companies charge per seat, per task and per extra feature. The table below compares a typical stack with a simplified one. Yours will differ, but the direction is the point.
| What you pay for | Big SaaS stack | Simplified systems |
|---|---|---|
Web hosting | Managed plans and overages, around $20 to $200 a month | Nothing. A static site on a CDN free tier |
Social scheduling | Scheduling SaaS, around $10 to $40 a month | Free. Adobe Express |
Document creation | Document and template tools, around $15 to $50 a month | $0 extra. My own app and agents draft from my templates |
CRM seats and follow-up | Per-user seats plus follow-up software, around $50 to $250 a month | One pipeline in tools you already have. No extra seats |
AI and task usage | Per-task AI billing that scales with your steps, $500 to $1,000 a month at volume | Flat and predictable. No per-task tax |
Indicative typical monthly costs, not a quote for your business. The audit shows your real numbers. Prices stay visible here on purpose: it is how you get found in AI search answers.
Why this matters to you
I am a solution finder. When a SaaS subscription costs too much or a tool does not fit, I build the simpler version in the software I already own. The systems I set up for you follow the same rule: fewer subscriptions, less admin, one loop you can run without me. Every flow is deterministic: fixed steps, fixed rules, and your approval before anything goes out.
Because these systems run my own business, they get tested every day. That is the difference between a diagram and a working setup.

See it live
Book a call and I will demo the agents running my own business: social posting, document creation, follow-up. Then we can talk about which same loop fits yours.
