The free audit: what it actually includes

What a free systems audit covers and what it does not. The honest scope, so you know what you are getting.

The free systems audit is the front door of this work, so it should be clear about what it is and what it is not.

What it is

Fifteen minutes, no prep. You tell me the repeated step that is eating your week, and I map it onto the tools you already use. You leave with two or three simplification wins, in order of impact, and an honest read on whether I can help.

For a deeper look, see Automation ROI: how to calculate it.

What it is not

It is not a sales pitch, a full systems review or a promise. If I cannot help, I say so. If the answer is that you should not automate something, that is the answer.

What you keep

The findings are yours whether you work with me or not. There is no bait: the value of the call is the call.

What happens after

If there is a workflow worth building, you get a fixed price and a scope before any work starts. If not, you get a clear no.

The honest note

The audit exists because most businesses cannot see their own admin clearly. Fifteen minutes of focused questions usually reveal the leak. That is the whole offer.

If that sounds useful, book it. If not, the blog has the same thinking in writing.
